We provide mobile in-person notary and notary signing agent services in Hunterdon County and parts of Somerset and Warren Counties in New Jersey. We also provide online notary and notary signing agent services anywhere in the United States.
Online notary and notary signing agent services
Loan and mortgage signings
As certified Notary Signing Agents, we are explicitly trained and authorized to assist borrowers with loan and mortgage documents. The loan or mortgage process can be stressful, and we will explain the purpose of each of the documents required for your loan or mortgage. We are tasked with ensuring the documents are properly notarized, completed correctly and on time to secure your loan or mortgage. FEE – $75 -$125.
Taking acknowledgments
An acknowledgement is used to verify the identity of the signer, to confirm that they signed the document and they voluntarily executed the instrument. Examples include auto title transfers, leases and business contracts. FEE – $35
Administering oaths and affirmations
An oath or affirmation is a spoken pledge, given by a person appearing before the notary. He/she/they attest or promises to the truthfulness of a specific statement or statements, or the faithful performance of a specific duty or function. It is legally binding and punishable by perjury if false. An example would be an affidavit. FEE – $35
Copy certification
A certified copy is an exact duplicate of an original document that has been certified by a Notary Public as being true and accurate. Certified copies are often required for legal purposes, such as when applying for a passport or filing for divorce. FEE – $35
Apostille
An Apostille certifies the authenticity of the signature, seal and position of the official who has executed, issued or certified a copy of a public document. An Apostille enables a public document issued in one country to be recognized as valid in another country that is in the 1961 Hague Convention Treaty. Examples would be Birth Certificates, Marriage Licenses, School Transcripts, and Notarized Documents. The process is as follows: the documents are notarized by a notary public, then the documents are verified by the Secretary of State in which the documents were issued, the Apostille Certificate is then attached to the documents.
